 Thanks to all of the artists who submitted their work for our Lost in Scrap Multimedia Exhibition and Fundraiser. We appreciate your creativity, hard work, and wonderful art!
The Lost in Scrap exhibition is now on display for public viewing until October 10. Gallery Hours: Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am -5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am-4:00 pm.The theme for the Lost in Scrap exhibition is Maps. Artists were challenged to include a map in their artwork and they did so- with surprising and beautiful results! Over seventy artists participated in Lost in Scrap, including Dan Levin, Jana Zimmer, Dug Uyesaka, Judy Nilsen, and Bari Ramoy.

The art will be available for public viewing and Silent Auction bidding at the AFS Gallery from August 29 – October 10. Gallery Hours are Tuesday – Friday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday– 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Winning bids will be announced at the Lost In Scrap Fundraiser on Saturday, October 10, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Join us at the Lost In Scrap Fundraiser for an evening of fun, creativity, live music, and art!  There will be two auctions; an art auction of over 70 works of art and a silent auction of donated items, including a four night stay in Sayulita, Mexico, a trip to Santa Cruz Island, and dinner at local restaurants. Meet the artists, as you enjoy delicious food, live music from OnE, beer from Telegraph Brewing Company, and wine from local winemakers. Once again, photographer Bob DeBris will offer one of his infamously fun Photo Op’s.

Lost in Scrap is a juried art exhibition. The prestigious Hollister Family Awards with cash prizes totaling $1,000 will be presented to the first, second and third place winning artists. This year’s judges are Nathan Vonk, President of the Santa Barbara Arts Collaborative, Kerry Methner, Editor at CASA Magazine, Gregory Corso, Publisher of Santa Barbara Seasons, and Jeremy Tessmer, Gallery Director at Sullivan Goss.
