Join Explore Ecology at the Santa Barbara Earth Day Festival at Alameda Park on Saturday and Sunday, April 27 and 28.  Look for our booth #202 in the Kids Corner section of Alameda Park near the corner of Anacapa and East Sola Streets.

Name A Worm! Get to know Explore Ecology’s red wriggler worms. Name your favorite and learn how to start your own worm bin. These super hero decomposers will transform your food scraps into compost, a valuable soil amendment.

Learn about the impact that marine debris has on ocean life in our Marine Debris Corner. Put your hand in our Beach Box to see if you can you feel the difference between litter and natural materials.

Red Wiggler ReUse Worms! Stop by Art From Scrap to create a worm, then give your worm a happy place to live on our giant Nature Mural.

We’ll be at the Festival from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm both days, so stop by and say hi!
