Sustainable Table- Farm to Table Fundraiser

Savor the spring harvest at Sustainable Table, Explore Ecology’s premier fundraising event. Join us on Saturday, May 25th for a farm to table culinary adventure at Tres Vientos Ranch, the beautiful home of Alan and Lisa Parsons. Sustainable Table’s innovative, zero waste menu, created by Chef Clark Staub of Full of Life Foods, will highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local organic farms. The evening begins at 5:30 pm with a Farm to Bar Cocktail Hour. Guests will take in the dramatic views of the breathtaking coast and enjoy cocktails and appetizers provided by Chef Nancy Weiss.
Our special VIP Cocktail Hour and Parsonics Studio Tour and Demo with Alan Parsons also starts at 5:30 pm and is limited to 20 guests. This will be an amazing and intimate experience with one of rock’s most talented and prolific musicians, engineers, and producers. Click Here for more information.
As the sun sets, guests will enjoy a family style farm to table dinner, where they will learn about the farmers, winemakers, and chefs who have nurtured each ingredient. After dinner, singer songwriter Glen Phillips will entertain guests with a musical performance under the stars.
