Printmaking With Everyday Materials

Learn how to create abstract prints using things your already have at home in this fun and free online workshop with Art From Scrap with Guest Artist Emily Murray. Use your old cans, toilet paper rolls, cardboard and more to create beautiful prints Wednesday, April 22nd, at 3:00 pm on Zoom.
Supplies for the workshop are materials that you most likely already have at home.
You’ll need the following:
- A Brown grocery bag
- Scissors
- Black acrylic or tempera paint
- Toilet paper roll
- Optional: old masking tape roll
- Metal food can
- Toothbrush
- Fork
- 3-4 pieces of small cardboard cut into square, rectangle and triangles 1-3 inches big
- Piece of foil
- Bubble wrap
- Paper plate/foil or something to put paint on
- Bigger paint brush
- Twine/ yarn
- Tape
